We made some really easy witches fingers for this Halloween.

Get some ready made Puff Pastry and defrost. Cut this block into 4 and roll out one portion thinly and sprinkle some grated cheese on it. |

Now roll this out very thinly again. Now cut into strips. After trial and error funnily enough I found strips the width of actual fingers the best. Too big and they were too fat, too thin and they broke when cooked. The ones in the picture here were actually a little too wide. Brush with egg wash and place an almond or a pumplin seed into the top and bake for approx 10-15mins in a hot oven approx 200degrees |
