CAPPAGH ROAD PLAYGROUND, KNOCKNACARRA

This playground has it all! Situated beside the beautiful Barna Woods and GAA Pitch, there is a large car park and loads of space for the kids to have a run about.

Cappagh Playground Wavy Slide

For the older kids there is a large, very high, wavy slide, this is separate to the main playground but visible from it.

In the main playground there is a zip wire, large climbing frame with a slide and firemans' pole, 2 large swings and a smaller climbing frame with ropes/nets, a see-saw, a motorbike, 2 swings for younger kids and a small slide with a house. Attached to this is another climbing frame with a beam and a moving drum, a bit like a really fast treadmill!

Cappagh Playground

There are 2 picnic benches in the playground. It is covered with soft bark and grass. It is a large playground and even when busy has enough to keep everyone happy.
